Job Description

• Provide general overall support across different legal practice areas: banking and finance, commercial, corporate, and dispute resolution.

• Draft and review relevant legal documents and help with transaction management.

• Assisting with client onboarding and engagement.

• Assisting with marketing and business development.

 

Job Requirements

​

• An experienced paralegal or junior lawyer from a common law jurisdiction.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent legal qualification.

• Interest in the regional start-up ecosystem and its development.

• Possesses solid legal technical expertise as well as sound business and people judgement.

• Hands on at work and can be independent in managing projects.

• Excellent legal drafting and interpretation skills.
